The 475 is sure getting a taste of 611 smoke! I rode behind the 611 several times back in the 1980's. Each time, the fireman kept the fire clean which produced very little smoke and made smokey scenes like this rare.

I'm pretty sure the 611 has written in the cab something to the effect of "black smoke is waste"
