I went to Google Maps to see this location from street view, and the area is really quite stunning and beautiful, as well as peaceful looking. I also looked up the property for sale via a Google search, and the home is located at 281 West Mechanic Street and is on a tiered property that includes three (3) buildings. Two homes, and a detached garage/loft/office/storage building. Plus, the asking price at the time of my search was $689,000. Too expensive for my blood and paltry earnings. It is a wonderful looking home and location, and the Virtual Video Tour on the Coldwell Banker site is incredible.
