The northbound Mount Rainier is running a couple of hours late as it arrives at Vancouver on a summer morning. This locomotive was preserved and now resides at a museum in Nevada.

Amtrak’s westbound California Zephyr approaches Tunnel 1 east of Plainview, Colorado, on the bright and snowy morning of January 6, 1998.
In the crisp Saturday afternoon, the Amtrak "Downeaster" train 694 led by the Amtrak NPCU Heritage unit #406 crosses a bridge.
Coming to a stop at the new Station the old one is still down town.
