A veteran on the railroad, this one was the usual power until traffic began to increase.
Family-owned, down home friendly little railroad intertwined with SCL and fortunate enough to be in an area that was beginning to boom. The old 70-tonners would soon need larger help.

A simple way to affect interchange. Notice the SCL units on the other end. They pulled the cut off the front and L&S couples to it.
