Default It's contagious: Lost my eye for Composition

Reason(s) for Rejection:
- Composition (Balance): The subject is awkwardly positioned in the frame. RailPictures.Net prefers that images are composed in keeping with the 'Rule of Thirds' meaning that, in most circumstances, the focal point of the image should not be directly in the center of the frame, or too close to any of the edges.

What is the issue here? Too much empty space on the left, or the CSX local in the background (which, by the way, is not the focal point of the image) is too close to the right edge of the frame?

Suggestions, please. I have some adjacent frames, of varying composition, to work with as well. Thanks.
