It was only on the second page
Did you know you can drag and drop an image into the google images search bar to find it all over the internet?

Second page of where? That makes no sense. Unless your monitor is very, very tall and your font is very, very tiny. When I look at the second page of this forum, I see an entry from 6/19/2012.

The Google Images search thing looks cool! Just for fun, I did a search on my most popular image. Not stolen! But interesting what Google finds "visually simillar". Actually, the tonality and colors are comparable, but the subject matter sure isn't.

What a great shot from Ryan, made me look at is stuff again. We lost him far too young. He was a great guy by all accounts too.

Fail. Read the entire thread. Then realize it's ~4 years old.

My first impressions usually prevail, even in the long term. If I like a shot today, I'll probably still like it 100 years from now (or vice versa). Of course I won't be around then, but I try to be optimistic.

Thanks for the Google search trip.

I found at least one unauthorized use of one of my images.

Actually, I had found it before and asked them to cease and desist. Didn't take. It's a non-profit railfan organization but still they should not just take it.

That's weird, his last submission was on June 15, 2012.

Yep, I stand corrected. I don't know why I was thinking John Ryan. Must be lack of sleep and too much sun these days.

Always amazing how much a persons tastes can change over time. Think about some foods you would not touch 10 years ago and like today.
