Who here actually is a railroader and which company?
Well, I think that most know who I am and what I do....... If not, I'm in transportation with a 6 shortline organization in PA under the umbrella of the North Shore Rail System. Lets here from others.

I spent a number of years on an industrial railroad as relief switchman and engineer before going to management. Dealt with BN mostly.
BTW I still have a 1995 BN calendar with all the historic company dates marked. (Not bad for a Canadian).

I started on the DM&E in 1997 as a section laborer. In 1999 I hired out of rapid city SD as the bottom conductor and my Dad was # 1 Conductor H nw Gekeler. In 2001 I went to Alaska RR and somehow ended up on the UP in pocatello ID Oct. 2006
