Default OT Leveling

While I was waiting for a train on South Street in Philly, I took a picture of sky line I'd like to print and frame in my house.

I just can't decide if it's level or not. I'd appreciate a second opinion.

Since it's for you, our opinions should not matter!

I haven't opened it up in software and put a grid on it, but it looks pretty good, left and right sides.

What are those letters/words on top of the PECO building (left most skyscraper, black)?

I'll have to look at the film, I just figure if it's going to hang in my living room I don''t want it to be just off and then get annoyed. Printing is expensive.

Well if you print and hang it and decide later that it isn't level, you can always just bump the frame a bit

Seriously, the verticals appear vertical to me, but it has an unlevel appearance to it. I think it is the fact that the buildings are at angles to you and give that illusion.

True. I don't even know why I'm thinking so hard on it, I had thought the same about the perception, but now I feel better with a second opinion.

If you do anything at all, I think you might go just the slightest bit CCW. Have you tried trowing a grid on it in photoshop? I would, except I'm on my work computer which doesn't have it.

You could adjust it to get rid of the illusion, but it looks pretty level to me:
