Backlit, foggy, and classic signals... could it work in the edit?

Grabbed this shot of a UP manifest back on 1/17/2021. I knew the light was gonna be sketchy, but since these signals are endangered anyway, I figured I could pull something like this off. I've seen glint shots like this get into RPN before... maybe with some editing, maybe turning it B&W, it could have a shot? Unlikely, but figured I'd ask.

Two things that stand out as being problematic, the sky is a little too bland and the image has a fair amount of noise in it.

I thought I liked the color version but now I'm not so sure


I think the B&W works better

A glint shot is a shot at sunrise or sunset.... this is just plain backlit. I see no hope for this on rp.

Looks more hazy/smoggy than foggy..don't see anything here with a chance.
