Default This rejection is totally out of left field...

Rejected for not meeting the minimum size requirements. But in the properties of the image on my PC, it says "1171x839"! Minimum size is 800x600, so I have no idea how the screener could've seen it so small.
Believe it or not, I do try.

Wrong button, perhaps.
Nevertheless, it looks like they don't really want this one.

Image quality is pretty bad, probably what triggered the rejection

You need to give up on this one and use it as a learning experience. Keep it for your personal collection and move on. Remember for a RP wedge shot:

1. The rule of thirds is basically a tic tac toe board across the screen. The point where the lines intersect is where you want the main subject. You don't have to take your pictures this way though. Zoom out and include more than you want when taking the picture, then cut down to the rule of the thirds.

2. Do not cut off the train whenever possible. If it does have to be cut off, make sure it is not by the edge of the screen but by something in the picture.

3. Light on as much as the train as possible.

These are just general rules I was taught by these same people when I started out. They are not rules for photography but good guidelines for getting a shot accepted on RP.

Underexposed, bad cropping/composition/balance, etc. Let it go...let it go...
Rhymes with slice, rice and mice, and probably should be spelled like "Tice."

This pretty much sums it up: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Thias

I agree, the image quality is nowhere close to what rp wants.

The image was underexposed, then you tried (unsuccessfully) to fix it in post...

Let this one go, you dont need 2 forum threads on a picture like this.
