Bad Angle Rejection...Suggestions?

Hello All,

I just got dinged for Bad Angle on a short time exposure seen here:

This was shot at the small depot in Downtown Aiken of a rare Hi-Hood GP50 (1 of 12 I believe). I thought this would be a semi-different angle/ approach especially with out "tresspassing" as I had set up on a crossing that runs through the "Yard". Any Suggestions? I have also added some other angles that I took to see if I should attempt to submit any of the others. Thanks!

Lighting is too harsh. On the bottom it is super bright then the NS black just fades away.

Indeed, the light is just a bit too harsh. Almost looks like you used headlights as your primary light source. This is where a spotlight would've came in handy. You could've painted with light on all visual sides of the GP50, giving everything a fair amount of light. I don't see any of these making it, unfortunately.

Remember what I said about headlights on Facebook? Get a focus by having the head lights on the train, lock the focus then cut the head lights off and take the shot. I think the first attachment would have worked really well with that trick here. It would also have not put part of the loco in shade. I've never been tothis spot (only been to Aiken a few times and mostly when I was with the TV station) but I suspect they park engines here often?

Joe, I forgot the "cut the headlights off" part Will reattempt tommorrow evening if possible...

Usually on Fridays through the weekend is a definite. These were taken on Friday night. Hopefully they tie there tommorrow night as well, instead of Bath or somewhere along the R-Line.
