Default Cropping help needed, please

Rejected for bad cropping:

I was trying to get both the east and westbound signals in the shot. I realize the sky doesn't add much to the shot, but i think it's necessary for the loco to not be centered. Or is this one shot where the "Rule of Thirds" can be ignored?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Take some off of the right and level the photo correctly. It needs a bit of CCW.
