A later frame would most likely have a shadow on the nose, and wouldn't get rid of the weeds. This may sound strange, but I think the weeds add some depth to an otherwise-mundane wedgie.
As far as the crop, after levelling and taking just enough off of the left and bottom to accomodate the rotation, I see two choices that will get the subkect out of the center. You can stay with a 4:6 crop, taking off of the top and right until the nose is in the ROT zone. Another alternative is to ise a 4:5 crop, and take everything off of the right.
