Default Help with "bad color"

I submitted a photo to the database yesterday, and it was rejected on the grounds of bad color. I took another look at it, and I'd say it was a fair call. Then, I did what I could to fix it, and I really don't see what's bad about it now. It was rejected with the same reasoning, though. I appealed it, and it was once more rejected with no more explanation given. Maybe the color isn't good, but if that's the case, I'd like to understand why. I'm no expert, so maybe there's something I'm missing......

Here is the original version:

Here is the new and improved version:

If you can help me understand what I'm missing, that'd be great.

Looks to me like there's still a bit of a yellowish cast to the second version, and the grass in the foreground looks a little hot, too. You were on the right track, though.

You may run into some compositional issues after that, however - right now, the photo is a bit loose on the right and tight on the left. They may also go after you for the fact that the train is centered top-to-bottom in the frame; in your situation, it might make it more palatable to add some ground and subtract some of the relatively featureless sky - assuming you have the space to do so.
