Default Custom aspect in Lightroom

I have a very basic version of LR, apparently. I think it is Lightroom CC and not classic - it says Lightroom version 4.0 from Mac App Store. I need to save an image to a specific aspect 11 x 14 with a minimum dpi. Attached is a photo of the options I see. Yes, it says custom, but I can't plug in numbers, it just allows me to crop anyway I want. I see the classic lightroom allows you to enter dimension, I can't see that mine does. I admit, I am a newbie to this. I'm sure there is a very simple solution that I am missing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Someone tipped me off that after 4 years of people complaining about this problem, LR put out an update in the last week or so that fixed it. I downloaded it and it solved the problem. I have no way to delete the thread though.
