Default Caboose -- Poor Aesthetic Quality?

Not really a question rather confusion. I can somewhat get the rejection with the flowers on it, but the red one?

Getting caboose shots on rp is pretty hit and miss. I shoot a caboose in regular service on CN regularly and often enough I get a PAQ on those. I've just taken to putting shots of it on Flickr.

I'm now getting "going away" shots for one unit wonders where the loco is leading long hood forward.

I've given up on those too. I'd even mention in note to screeners that the unit is leading long hood forward, but no dice.

Oddly, I got a caboose shot on the other day and it became a top viewed shot of that day.
