Total vandalized dining car # 1140 of the type WGüge 35, parked in Weinfelden South (complete number 51 85 08-70 132-4). The car was built in 1939 in a series of 60 by WUMAG for the Deutsche Reichsbahn. After the Second World War it was used by the Deutsche Schlaf- und Speisewagen Gesellschaft (DSG) until 1981, with a dark red paint. In 1982 the car was bought by the Swiss company Intraflug (owner Alby Glatt) and used in special train traffic for many years. From 1992 it was owned and operated by the Reisebüro Mittel-Thurgau (RMT). Later acquired by Nostalgie Istanbul Orient Express AG from Jürgen Klings and provided with an inauthentic blue/white CIWL coating. The car is damaged on the roof and stands for a very long time in Weinfelden south, initially in a fenced area, since 2014 on a stub track and is completely vandalized inside and outside.
