On Martin Luther King day, the Fillmore & Western sent a single unit west to Bristol in Ventura to pick up a pair of flatcars. The "train" is seen here passing the classic Southern Pacific station in Santa Paula.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
Oh the stories these special buildings could tell. Originally the brains of the rails they monitored, working to insure effecient rail service for our nation! A tribute!
