After coming of the New Haven connection, NS 866 continues west on the Fort Wayne line to CR 302 where the train will recieve a crew change.

The day after this shot was taken the N&W (converted PRR) signals were taken out of service and the bagged signals in this shot turned on.

Bellevue at twilight.
A southbound manifest creeps towards the junction while NS signal crews prepare to install new signals.
An assortment of motive power is seen in the Bellevue yard. An SD-40 and a couple of yard slugs push cars up the hump as NS 2755 backs up to go under the hump and head to points west.

Plain and flashy. The low angle sunlight reflecting off of new paint and reflector strips turns UP 7516 (ES44AC-per comment) into a ball of fire.
